I had a memorable experience when the senior concierge reached out before my stay to make arrangements for my granddaughter's birthday. The room was filled with thoughtful surprises, which made her day special. Every staff member was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. My wife and I enjoyed fantastic massages at the spa, which helped us unwind after our daily activities. The atmosphere overall felt welcoming and warm.
Despite this, the staff worked to resolve them quickly.

The Junior King Suite with Sofa Bed and Kitchenette offered ample space, perfect for cozy evenings. The personalized service at check-in made us feel truly valued as guests.
The location, while beautiful, could use better signage for first-time visitors.

I had an enjoyable stay and the amenities were all I needed. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and washer/dryer which made my experience more comfortable. I loved how the spa offered various services tailored to individual needs. One afternoon, I tried a customized massage that helped me unwind after exploring. This was my first visit to this mountain area and it was nice getting to relax while also enjoying the outdoor activities available.
I found some areas could use improvements. The front desk service was a bit slow during busy times, and a few spots felt outdated. These small issues affected the overall experience.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the ski lifts just a stone's throw away. I appreciated the convenience of having a ski butler on-site, which made preparing for the slopes hassle-free. While the dining options were limited, the friendly staff made the experience better. The room was cozy but smaller than expected, and I wished it had a bathtub and a balcony to enjoy the views.
